Welcome to Dr. Nomm Natural Therapies...
From a centuries-old farmhouse nestled in the heart of rural Nova Scotia, the Drs. Nomm practice time-tested natural methods of improving wellness and treating illness.
With a grounding in conventional medicine gained from years of experience as a family practitioner, anesthesiologist, and general medicine specialist, Dr. Inga Nomm can offer the unique perspective that comes from having a thorough understanding of both natural and allopathic medicine.
Dr. Inga Nomm has been a registered naturopathic doctor in Canada since 1997. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NSAND).
Inga’s interest in continually researching and analyzing developments in health and wellness has resulted in her recent book: Health Matters, Naturally. You can read sample articles and find the book at selected retailers on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, or you can order it directly by contacting us. We offer a variety of health services, which you can see on our services page.
Inga occasionally offers a workshop on Homeopathy for Families. In the most recent workshop, she discussed homeopathic and home remedies for ailments including colds, fevers, first aid, children’s illnesses and more. Although the 2007 workshop is over now, if you are interested in attending this workshop in the future, send an email and we’ll get in touch with you when we have another session scheduled.
If you’d like to make an appointment for an initial consultation, you may find it helpful to first look at the information we’ve provided on your first visit.
